FOR FOOD PARTNERS
As per regulations of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), home chefs and bakers need to have a basic registration. If you require assistance with the registration, please get in touch with the HoKitch team.
If you’re registered with FSSAI, fill in required details and upload your relevant documents to become a Food Partner. If you’re not registered with FSSAI, fill in required details and upload your relevant documents. We will assist you with the FSSAI registration.
We do not have a subscription fee to register as a Food Partner. For orders received on our platform, you pay us a percentage on the order value.
If an order is cancelled by a user, they are liable to pay a cancellation fee to you. If an order is cancelled by you, user is eligible for a full refund and penalty charges are paid to HoKitch.
Get in touch with the HoKitch team for any issues arising from delivery facilities. We will try our best to resolve the issue in everyone’s best interest.
You will receive payments in your bank accounts provided at the time of registration as per schedules agreed upon.
At its sole discretion, HoKitch reserves the right to publish users’ reviews and ratings deemed appropriate. In case of repeated bad reviews, issues or low ratings HoKitch reserves the right to off-board Food Partners.
