HoKitch offers its users a wide range of cuisines and food specialties through its large family of food partners. Food Partners listed here are passionate home chefs. The functionality of the platform is based on pre-orders, timelines of which are decided based on preferences of its home chefs.

Minimum time required for orders are pre-determined by Home Chefs themselves. Orders may also be placed post working hours or when Home Chefs status is closed. However, orders placed while Home Chefs are offline will be responded to the next day or within 1 hour of coming back online.

Orders once prepared are packed according to instructions by Customers. A delivery is scheduled by the Home Chef. The food is picked up and delivered to you according to accepted mode of delivery.

Minimum orders vary as per preferences of Home Chefs. This is again pre-determined and mentioned under each Home Chef based on their profile.

Delivery address can be changed by Home Chefs. In case of a need of change, customers must communicate the same through the HoKitch platform. The intimation for change of address is not applicable if the order has left for delivery.

Yes, HoKitch has provisions for users to rate and review our Home Chefs. User reviews and rating are taken very seriously at HoKitch. While we believe there’s always room for improvement, we also believe in encouraging good quality food. So user reviews and ratings are shared with respective Home Chefs.
